For the first time ever, Engage! is headed to South America! We’re elated to announce the Engage!25 Peru Belmond Retreat, taking place in lively Cusco at Monasterio, a Belmond Hotel. From September 8-11, 2025 Engagees will embark on an intimate retreat of 100 guests that not only includes cultural experiences in this rich city, but we’ll also be departing for a full-day journey on the Belmond Hiram Bingham train to the mystical lost city of Machu Picchu. One-in-a-lifetime adventure awaits attendees of this retreat!
Guests will begin just steps from Cusco’s city center where Monasterio sits, a restored 16th-century monastery and one of the city’s most cherished landmarks. With a buyout of Monasterio, guests will get plenty of one-on-one engaging time while sipping pisco sours and trying the local cuy. A stunning central courtyard welcomes our group to connect and engage while the bustling culture outside the walls will not only be experienced, but be the inspiration for our many events. Thanks to our friends at La Fete, the design and decor of this retreat will bring to life all the beauty of the city, the neighboring Sacred Valley, and so much more.
