Engage!26: Evrima, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection
February 23–26, 2026 | San Juan, Anguilla, St. Barths
All aboard! For the first time in Engage! history, we’re taking to the sea, charting a course for personal and professional growth aboard Evrima, part of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. This all-inclusive Retreat sets sail from San Juan, Puerto Rico for three unforgettable nights of rejuvenation with 150 of the industry’s most brilliant minds. Our spring Engage!26 Maybourne French Riviera Retreat is a celebration of the senses: the pale blush of a peach Bellini at sunset, the shimmer of distant sailboats drifting past Cap Martin, the scent of citrus groves and pine. Set on Maui’s lush northwest coast, this extraordinary resort is a place of color, life, and transformation. For our only Engage! Experience of the year, we’re headed to Borgo Egnazia, a coveted castle-like retreat built from creamy tufa stone and surrounded by olive groves, wild jasmine, and the impossibly blue Adriatic Sea. Designed like a traditional borgo but with five-star flair, this one-of-a-kind property is where luxury lives at a slower pace, and friendships bloom like bougainvillea.
Here in this magical corner of Puglia, 250 of the industry’s most dedicated and dynamic professionals will gather for three days of business development, creative immersion, and Italian indulgence. Expect fresh perspectives served alongside fresh pasta, and new strategies developed between seaside aperitivos and slow strolls along lantern-lit pathways. From December 14–17, we’re rolling into the glamorous Golden Triangle for our final Summit of the year, one that blends Hollywood history, modern innovation, and our signature brand of sparkle. Hosted at The Maybourne Beverly Hills, this event is designed to energize, elevate, and end your year on a career-defining high.
