We’re always so thrilled when Engage! is showcased beyond our own community, but being featured by PEOPLE is something that hits a little different for us. Their recent coverage of Engage!26 Evrima offers a glimpse inside what was, for us, a milestone moment: our first-ever retreat at sea. Set aboard The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s Evrima, the retreat brought together an intimate group of planners, designers, and creatives for three days of connection and discovery.

From the very beginning, Engage! has been about more than just beautiful destinations. As PEOPLE noted, it’s about gathering “the wedding industry’s top innovators and thought-leaders for inclusive and immersive experiences that spark connection, creativity, and collaboration.”

The article captures so many of the moments that made this experience unforgettable, from lively panel discussions and peer-led conversations to the simple joy of being together in such a unique setting. One of the highlights featured is our stop in St. Barths, where attendees stepped ashore for intimate lunches across some of the island’s most iconic properties. It’s exactly the kind of experience we love to create: small, thoughtful, and rooted in place, with each guest enjoying their own perspective of the destination.

The feature also speaks to something we’ve always believed to be at the heart of Engage!: that the people in the room are what truly make each event special. As we shared with PEOPLE, every attendee brings a level of talent, curiosity, and generosity that elevates the experience for everyone else. These are professionals who are not only at the top of their field, but who are constantly looking for ways to refine and reimagine what they do. That sense of shared purpose, combined with a little bit of fun (because, as we like to say, party people really do love to party), is what continues to define Engage! after all these years.

We’re so grateful to PEOPLE’s Weddings Director Emily Strohm for being part of the Engage!26 Evrima experience and for capturing it so thoughtfully. It’s always a privilege to see our work through another lens, and to be reminded of the moments that resonate beyond the event itself.
If you haven’t already, we encourage you to take a look at the full feature for a closer look at life onboard Evrima, from sunrise conversations to late-night celebrations, and everything in between.
