Engage!25 The Tuscany Experience news is here! For our first event of 2025, we’re elated to be headed to the magical medieval property, Castelfalfi, a five-star hotel located in the heart of breathtaking Tuscany. We’ll be celebrating under the Tuscan sun from April 7-10, 2025. Mark your calendars and plan to be fully immersed in the wonder of the Italian countryside at this one-of-a-kind property located just 50 minutes from Florence.
And our host property, Castelfalfi, one for the ages! The estate is an expansive 2700 acres with infinite views of rolling hills, a medieval Borgo with historical castle, a Medicean garden, and the ancient church of San Floriano. Within walking distance from the historical village guests will find the 5-star hotel with 146 rooms and suites within both a contemporary building and a tobacco warehouse dating back to the 1900s. In addition to these elegantly-appointed rooms, Tuscan-style villas and old, exquisitely restored farmhouses will also welcome attendees. And for those who love to golf, Castelfalfi boasts the largest golf course in Tuscany. But let’s not forget the vineyards, olive groves, and world-class dining. There’s no reason to ever leave…and so, we won’t! Our group will have a complete buyout of this spectacular place and there will be no need to venture off property, giving our guests extra engaging time and perhaps a little downtime to take it all in too!

Limited to just 250 guests, attendees can plan to enjoy a wide range of springtime activities. From truffle hunting to olive oil tasting, vespa rides, wine pairing, world-class spa, biking, pasta and pizza making class, art classes and so much more! This trip promises to be Italy at its finest!
