One of the best parts of sailing aboard The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is enjoying the freedom and flexibility of the yachting lifestyle. So the final afternoon of Engage!26 Evrima was set aside for something a  little different, offering our guests the ability to choose their own experience from a thoughtfully curated range of options. For many, that meant staying on board the yacht and discovering that Evrima itself is a destination in its own right. Others ventured ashore to Anguilla for hiking or beachside bliss. The only requirement was to follow your own rhythm and chart your own course.

Ashore in Anguilla

For those who chose to go ashore, Anguilla delivered exactly what it promised. That is, some of the Caribbean’s most celebrated beaches without the crowds, and natural beauty that feels refreshingly untouched. The most adventurous members of the group headed to Katouche Valley for a guided hike through 80 acres of tropical forest. This lush, emerald enclave on Anguilla’s north-central coast leads to Cavanaugh Cave, where limestone formations create an almost otherworldly landscape. Others opted for something more leisurely: a beachside lunch at Aurora Anguilla. Set along Sandy Ground’s protected cove with its tranquil, crystalline waters and soft sand, this was the perfect spot to enjoy the easy pace of island life (as well as Anguilla’s famous rum punch).

Evrima: A Floating Playground

For those who stayed on board, there were plenty of options to explore. Down at the Marina Terrace, the sea was quite literally at our attendees’ feet. This innovative structure opens directly onto the water, inviting guests to kayak, paddleboard, or simply swim with an enviable view back to the yacht.

Elsewhere, the afternoon offered a series of quieter pursuits. Wine tasting offered the chance to discover new favorites, guided by Evrima’s expert team. Others tried their hand at sushi making or mixology, learning skills they could carry home after the voyage ended. The more artistic amongst the group were also able to capture their surroundings, paintbrushes in hand. And of course, there was The Ritz-Carlton Spa, a sanctuary that offered everything from Mediterranean salt scrubs to Asian-inspired massages. Each treatment was designed to restore balance and calm, set against the backdrop of the open sea.

The social hub of the afternoon was definitely the Pool House, which hosted a pool party styled in sunny yellows where guests could sun themselves on the deck, enjoy a fruity cocktail, and float in the clear blue pool. Music drifted across the deck as conversations sparked and multiplied. This was the place for those who wanted company, energy, and endless Caribbean sunshine.

Ask attendees later, and they’d tell you there was no single ‘highlight’ of the afternoon, and that was exactly the point. Each experience, whether on board or ashore, offered something slightly different. It’s this balance that makes Engage! what it is – not just a series of beautifully planned moments, but the opportunity to step into them in your own way.
