St. Barths doesn’t let you go easily. Even after a full day of exploring its sun-bleached beaches and pastel harbor streets, the island stays with you. It’s in the warmth still radiating from your skin, the rhythm of French and Creole conversations, and the particular shade of turquoise sea you can’t quite stop seeing when you close your eyes. So after a day spent on the island, it only made sense for us to bring the spirit of its legendary nightlife on board for our Engage!26 Evrima St. Barths party.

What unfolded was an evening in three acts: sunset cocktails, intimate dinners, and a red-hot disco. The island had been our muse all day, and now it was time to paint with its colors.

Golden Hour Reimagined
Cocktail hour took place on the bow in sunset hues, the perfect vantage point as in the distance, the island’s coastline began to glow with evening lights. The décor leaned into texture and tone, with woven finishes, warm woods, and soft neutrals punctuated by sculptural arrangements in sun-washed shades of ochre and terracotta.

Drinks were poured, conversations picked up from earlier in the day, and the pace slowed just enough to take it all in. Of course, on St. Barths, sunset is just where the fun begins. We followed that same rhythm, anchored in the day’s inspiration and preparing for something even better to begin.

Yacht Cuisine
For night two, guests once again dispersed across four of Evrima’s restaurants to sample the exquisite cuisine created by The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection chefs. By now, the introductory small talk had given way to real conversation, and dinner became less about discovery and more about deepening connections.

It’s a format that mirrored the rhythm of St. Barths itself. The island is fundamentally a crossroads, a place where French sophistication meets Caribbean tempo, and where the best experiences happen in small doses rather than grand performances. Mistral, The Pool House, The Evrima Room, and Talaat Nam each offered a different mood, but together created something cohesive: good food, great company, and the satisfaction of knowing that in this moment you’re exactly where you should be.

Red Hot and Dance
St. Barths nightlife operates on a particular frequency. By 10pm, the real energy begins to build. By midnight, everyone’s dancing on the tables. It’s champagne toasts that turn into all-night dance parties with friends you’ve just met. It’s good music and beautiful people. And that’s exactly the atmosphere that the Engage!26 Evrima creative team brought to the Observation Lounge. It was transformed into a sultry, red-hot cabaret (and we really do mean RED hot). Scarlet disco balls hung from the ceiling, casting ruby light across the walls. Velvet tones, candlelight, and crimson roses intensified the effect. Performers and showgirls moved through the space in sparkly red outfits, making the experience even more immersive. Think: Rémy’s Club’s speakeasy charm or the cabaret energy of Le Ti. For a moment, you could have sworn you were drinking rum cocktails overlooking the Baie de Saint Jean or dancing on banquettes in Pointe Milou rather than cruising through open water.

The Dress Code
The island’s aesthetic is a masterclass in understated luxury: designer resort wear worn with barefoot confidence, statement jewelry that catches the light without demanding attention, flowing fabrics that move with you rather than against you. The dress code of ‘Sultry St. Barths’ translated beautifully across the night into rich, warm hues: burnished orange and yellow, muted coral, hints of teal and wine. This wasn’t the oceanic blues of the welcome party. Instead, this was earth and fire, the palette of St. Barths itself at golden hour.

In all our destinations, we’ve believed that place is more than location. It’s inspiration, muse, creative fuel. So night two on Evrima didn’t try to recreate St. Barths. Instead, it captured its rhythm, that effortless progression from sun to sunset to something a little more electric. From the calm of the bow to the pulse of the Observation Lounge, it was an evening to remember. And long after the red disco balls stopped spinning, the energy remained.
