Anyone who’s ever attended an Engage! Summit, Experience, or Retreat will tell you that the attire inspiration are a big part of what makes these events so special (and so much fun). They’re not just about looking good (though that’s a given), but also about setting the tone and inviting guests to step fully into the story. After all, that’s the beauty of fashion itself. It’s a declaration. A mood. A memory in the making. And what better city to celebrate that spirit than London? This is the home of Mary Quant’s miniskirt revolution, of Twiggy’s mod moment, of Westwood’s punk rebellion and avant-garde geniuses like Alexander McQueen and John Galliano. It’s a city where anything goes, and where fashion has always been about self-expression and creativity.

That’s something we fully embrace. From the start, Engage! co-founders Rebecca and Kathryn have used style as both signal and celebration. Each attire inspiration helps to create a mood and invites our attendees to play their part in the theme. And boy, do they show up! From fanciful to formal, their interpretations are as inspiring as they are diverse. And yes, we give them Pinterest boards to get started, but the real joy lies in the personal spin each guest brings to the theme.

Add with a fashion crawl, the surprise arrival of a bridal design legend, and countless unforgettable style moments, it’s clear: fashion may not have been on the agenda, but it was woven into the very fabric of the event.

Rebecca & Kathryn’s Signature Looks of the Week

When it comes to fashion at Engage!, Rebecca and Kathryn enthusiastically lead the charge. And for Engage!25 The London Experience, they were delighted to showcase pieces from the ready-to-wear collections of three iconic design houses: Monique Lhuillier, Oscar de la Renta, and Vivienne Westwood. Each look, carefully curated by friend and stylist, Julie Sabatino of The Stylish Bride.

Day One: Monique Lhuillier Magic

To open Engage!25 The London Experience, the theme was ‘tea time’ and the mood was fresh florals and polished pastels. Enter Monique Lhuillier, whose romantic, feminine designs made her the perfect match for our leading ladies. Rebecca wore a Bellini floral day dress in rose printed cotton poplin, paired with a matching knit cardigan. The sculpted bodice, subtle horizontal paneling, and tea-length hem delivered the ideal blend of whimsy and structure. Kathryn chose a sleeveless lace shift dress in a rich green, crafted from intricate guipure lace and finished with a scalloped hem. Light, elegant, and bursting with personality, their looks perfectly set the tone for a week of style!

Day Two: Oscar de la Renta Elegance

For a day of learning and lunching, the theme was ‘for sessions and lunch at Claridge’s was ‘Art Deco-inspired mints, pinks, and creams.’ Claridge’s grandeur called for refinement with a creative twist, and of course, Oscar de la Renta delivered! Rebecca’s cherry guipure lace midi dress and matching twist trim cardigan struck the perfect balance between strong structure and delicate detail, while Kathryn’s butterfly-detailed tweed dress paired classic tailoring with gold butterfly appliqués, ready to take flight.

For the penthouse gathering, both Kathryn and Rebecca embraced Oscar’s romantic side with a pair of peony prints. Rebecca’s cotton poplin v-neck dress and Kathryn’s silk faille dress were floral, floaty, and full of charm.

Day Three Gala: Vivienne Westwood Drama

At our KOKO London finale, drama was a must. For a night steeped in sparkle, movement, and spectacle, Rebecca and Kathryn paid tribute to British fashion royalty with complementary Vivienne Westwood gowns. Kathryn wore a black off-shoulder crêpe minidress with structured bustier detailing, while Rebecca chose the iconic Nova Cora gown in red silk. With sculptural draping, off-shoulder neckline, and that unmistakable Westwood flair, they embodied the spirit of theatrical elegance. And if we must say, they both looked fabulous from start to finish!

Vera Wang: The Ultimate Style Surprise

Things got off to a very fashionable start when bridal icon Vera Wang made a surprise appearance during the opening session. Her arrival sent an electric thrill through the room, and the audience was rapt as she spoke about how brides have increasingly embraced individualism, which she has always tried to encourage as a designer. Her presence was a powerful reminder that great fashion and great events share the same DNA: vision, personality, and unforgettable storytelling.

A Very Engage! Fashion Crawl

On our final afternoon, a select group of guests took a fashion pilgrimage across Mayfair. Led by stylist Julie Sabatino of The Stylish Bride, the Engage! Fashion Crawl included exclusive visits to the London flagships of Elie Saab, Vivienne Westwood, Monique Lhuillier, and Oscar de la Renta.

Equal parts private salon showcase and dreamy couture moment, it was the kind of afternoon you don’t forget. Think champagne toasts, floral iced matcha lattes, and an up-close look at the craftsmanship behind the seams. London has long been a fashion capital, and for one magical afternoon, Engage! guests had these boutiques all to themselves.

Fashion as Guest Participation: From Pins to Parties

At Engage!, fashion is a two-way conversation. Every event comes with a dress code designed to inspire, and every time, our guests deliver! From space buns at Engage!Fest to statement tailoring at the sweet soirée, each look was a unique expression of the moment. Most importantly, it was about showing up as yourself. Just with a little extra flair!

Fashion will go down as one of the highlights of Engage!25 London. Through curated styling, iconic designer moments, and joyful guest participation, clothing became a vehicle for connection and celebration. Because at Engage!, fashion is more than just what you wear. It’s how you show up.

Huge thanks to our photographers, glam teams, and stylist Julie Sabatino for helping us shine. We’d like to offer particular gratitude to the design houses that dressed our founders. Thank you for trusting us to bring your artistry to life.
