On the final day of Engage!25 Mallorca, attendees stepped away from the classroom and into island life. Our small group activities are a signature part of the Engage! experience and one attendees always look forward to. These are moments when guests can try something new, bond with each other in a more relaxed setting, and also connect with the destination in a fun and authentic way. In Mallorca, that meant painting in the vineyards, cooking alongside top chefs, discovering centuries-old craftsmanship, exploring the island’s wild edges, and even learning a few new dance moves! Each experience offered a different lens on the island, but they all shared the same spirit of curiosity, connection, and joy.

7 Unique Group Experiences at Engage!25 Mallorca

Here’s a closer look at all the activities that gave our guests a taste of Mallorcan life.

Art in the Vines

Set among sunlit hills with rows of vines, this painting workshop blended creativity with the beauty of Mallorca’s countryside. With an instructor guiding the session, attendees painted their own interpretations of a local seascape. Glasses of local wine also added to the easy flow of the afternoon, encouraging conversation. The result was a relaxed, creative escape – and a unique souvenir!

Formentor Lighthouse Off-Road Tour

For those looking for adventure, the off-road journey to Formentor Lighthouse offered a thrilling look at the island’s wilder side. The route wound through rugged terrain, opening onto dramatic cliffs, hidden coves, and panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Along the way, guides shared stories of Formentor’s natural and cultural significance. By the time the lighthouse came into view, perched high above the sea, attendees had truly explored an iconic part of Mallorca.

Mallorca Textiles & Boutique Experience

Mallorcan Ikat fabrics were a key motif for the Engage!25 Mallorca branding. In this experience, attendees got to get up close and personal with the craft that has shaped the island’s visual identity for generations. Inside the Teixits Vicens workshop, master weavers worked on antique looms, transforming dyed cotton threads into the distinctive patterns known locally as ‘telas de llengües’. Guests were able to watch the process before exploring the boutique. Here, shelves displayed an array of handwoven homewares, accessories, and textiles in a spectrum of Mediterranean colors. It was a fascinating look at an art form that is rooted in history, but still very much alive today.

Paella Masterclass

Foodies were in their element with a paella masterclass led by the Four Seasons Mallorca culinary team. Attendees gathered around cast iron pans as the chef taught them the foundations of authentic Spanish paella, from building flavor in the sofrito to achieving the perfect socarrat. Everyone got a chance to chop, stir, season, and taste, all while sipping chilled glasses of Cava. As the rice simmered and conversation flowed, the experience became as much about camaraderie as it was about cooking. And the final dish tasted even better shared!

Pastry Workshop

A deliciously hands-on experience, the pastry workshop invited attendees into the Four Seasons pastry kitchen for an afternoon of technique and sweet tradition. Under the guidance of the resort’s expert pastry chef, guests rolled and shaped delicate robiol pastries. They were then filled with Brossat cheese and apricot jam. The kitchen was filled with laughter and the warm scent of baking dough, and each participant left with a new appreciation for the skill behind Mallorca’s beloved desserts.

Pollença and the Formentor Legacy

This cultural walk traced the heart and history of Pollença in the north of the island. This town became a draw for artists and writers, and even inspired an Agatha Christie novel.  Attendees wandered its stone streets, visited key landmarks, and learned about the creatives and visionaries who helped shape the Formentor region’s reputation as a place of inspiration. It was an opportunity to see how heritage and modern life coexist in one of the island’s most characterful towns.

Sevillana Dance Masterclass

Joyful, rhythmic, and full of movement, the Sevillana dance class brought a burst of energy to the afternoon. A professional instructor led attendees through the traditional steps of this expressive Andalusian dance, breaking it down in a way that was both fun and accessible. After practicing the sequences, guests enjoyed a live performance that brought the music and choreography to life. It was a session filled with smiles, applause, and the shared excitement of trying something new.

The small group experiences at Engage!25 Mallorca captured the many sides of the island, including its artistry, flavors, landscapes, and traditions. From kitchens and dyeing workshops to vineyards and winding mountain roads, attendees explored, created, tasted, and learned together, and found connection in the process. Mallorca reminded us that inspiration comes in many forms, and that the beauty of discovering a place lies just as much in the small, shared moments as it does in the big ones.
