Our final night in Mallorca arrived under the glow of a rare supermoon. After days of inspiration and connection, Engage!25 Mallorca attendees gathered one last time beneath the luminous Balearic sky. The Es Colomer Terrace at Four Seasons Formentor became our observatory, the perfect place to close our retreat on a shimmering, stellar note. The scene felt more than a little cinematic. Perhaps it was the moonlight reflected on the waves below or simply the knowledge that Hollywood legends like Grace Kelly and Audrey Hepburn once vacationed at this very property. Their spirit lingered in the air: elegance without pretense, glamour that shone from within.

When Creative Director, Tara Fay discovered that there would be a supermoon that evening, the theme of the event was the natural choice. It also captured the mood of the evening perfectly: radiant, nostalgic, and touched with a little bit of wonder. As guests arrived in spangled suits and gowns, the terrace glittered with metallics, blues, and celestial hues. It was a farewell written in the stars. One last moment to shine together before heading back to our various corners of the world.

Setting & Décor

As sunset deepened into twilight and the supermoon began to rise, the stage was set for something special. The evening began with drinks on the grass, where oversized black and silver baubles created a playful lunar landscape. Plush velvet lounge areas invited guests to sink into the moment and savor their first cocktails of the evening.

From this open-air constellation, attendees were led behind the blue velvet curtain to the cosmic dining experience beyond. Our creative team brought the vision to life with a palette that leaned fully into celestial glamour: silver, black, midnight blues, and shimmering metallics. Long tables stretched across the terrace, each one layered with texture and light. Sparkling linens glittered like stardust, while clusters of clear glass votives cast a warm, flickering glow. Dramatic black taper candles and arrangements of shiny black anthuriums added a modern, sculptural contrast, while pearl-edged plates and embroidered linen napkins completed each setting. Above the tables, flocks of glass birds and gold origami cranes hung in the air. Their movement brought a sense of upward lift to the entire space. Meanwhile, ghost chairs kept the look airy and weightless. It was light, elegant, and unapologetically celebratory – the ideal setting for our final night under the supermoon.

Stationery

The stationery for the evening was a continuation of the cosmic storytelling. Personalized mirrored menus glimmered at each place setting, reflecting the candlelight. A delicate gold orb at the bottom of each bore the diner’s name. Even the escorts embraced the narrative. Diners found their tables by selecting glass ornaments depicting full and crescent moons in silver and gold. Each one became a keepsake of the night and a reminder of its magic.

Food & Beverage

Dinner embraced the moonlit mood with dishes that were refined, balanced, and delicious. Guests were able to choose between classic or vegan menu paths. The evening began with risotto: either parmigiano and fresh black truffle or asparagus risotto with truffle for vegan diners. Rich, aromatic, and velvety, it was comfort food made glamorous. Earthy yet delicate, much like the island itself. For the main course, attendees enjoyed roasted turbot fillet with crispy leeks and a decadent caviar beurre blanc or a vegan alternative of roasted cauliflower with coconut foam, cumin, and lime. Finally, dessert – a vanilla and coffee snowball, with its glossy shell and soft interior, felt like a nod to the supermoon rising above. The vegan hazelnut sorbetto with coffee offered a similar celestial elegance.

The signature cocktail of the night, Colores, tied the beverage experience directly into the theme. Infused vodka, herbal liquor, paradiso vermouth, blueberries, and rose cordial came together in iridescent cosmic hues. The non-alcoholic version, equally beautiful, blended 0.0 gin with Martini Vibrante and rose.

Entertainment

When it comes to entertainment, ALR Music always go supernova. Havana Heat set the rhythm early, filling the terrace with vibrant energy that echoed the memories of our days on the island. A breathtaking flamenco interlude grounded the evening in Mallorca’s cultural heritage. It was fiery, emotional, and mesmerizing beneath the night sky. Finally, DJ Daisy Belle kept the party in orbit well into the night, spinning Spanish classics and dance-floor favorites until late.

Attire

The dress code for the evening was ‘starry starry night – supermoon metallics.’ Guests sparkled in blues, silvers, and metallics. It was as if the terrace were populated by stars – both of the astronomical and Hollywood variety. And the attire didn’t just complement the setting; it became part of it, turning the entire terrace into a kind of celestial tableau.

The moon is a symbol of illumination, renewal, and reflection. It was an apt metaphor for our final night in Mallorca. Engage!25 Mallorca reminded us that something extraordinary happens when community, creativity, and place align. Under the supermoon, surrounded by old friends and new ones, we closed this chapter with gratitude and a glow that will travel with us long after this event.
