Regular visitors to Mallorca will tell you that the island has a way of shifting something inside you. Perhaps it’s the rugged natural landscape, the slower pace of life, or the creative energy that’s fueled generations of artists and writers. But something in the atmosphere seems to cultivate a deeper, more authentic connection with yourself and your surroundings. So it’s fitting then that Engage!25 Mallorca would be one of our most intentional educational programs yet. After more than 50 extraordinary events around the world, Engage! continues to evolve, pushing the boundaries of how creative leaders gather and learn. This time, the energy was less about scale, and more about resonance. Across three days, we curated a series of conversations designed not only to inspire but to transform. A thoughtful blend of industry icons, cross-disciplinary innovators, and intimate peer circles created an environment where new ideas could grow and take root.

The Setting

Our home for the sessions, the Cap de Formentor Ballroom at the Four Seasons Mallorca, was a breath of Mediterranean calm. Soft neutrals formed the canvas, and our creative team layered in details that echoed the island’s heritage. Floating Ikat textile panels in shades of ocean blue formed a backdrop behind the stage, creating a gentle sense of color and movement. Chairs upholstered in coordinating Ikat patterns carried the theme further, while white pots and urns overflowing with monstera leaves and palm fronds brought the outdoors inside in a fresh, sculptural way. Every detail supported the atmosphere of clarity we wanted our sessions to embody. Even the custom notebooks, designed by TPD Design House, carried subtle Ikat motifs. It all came together to create a serene, inspiring environment that encouraged guests to pause, reflect, and take space to think.

The Program

Day One Sessions

Our immersive retreat opened with a palpable sense of anticipation. Fresh from the gifting experience, attendees gathered for welcome remarks from Rebecca Grinnals and Kathryn Arce, the Engage! founders whose vision continues to shape modern creative entrepreneurship. They were followed by Tara Fay, Engage!25 Mallorca’s Creative Director, as well as Estreya Gosalbez, General Manager of the Four Seasons Mallorca.

This welcome was followed by our first panel discussion, entitled ‘The Future of Luxury Weddings: Growth, Legacy & Longevity.’ Some of the most influential voices in our industry took to the stage: Marcy Blum, Jennifer Zabinski, Tara Fay, and Rachel Birthistle. Hearing voices at the very top of the industry speak openly about longevity and leadership was a standout moment. The discussion touched on evolving leadership, the responsibility of defining value in an ever-changing market, social media, and what it truly takes to build a legacy that lasts.

Engage! x Freeda Group Sessions

For the first time at this event, Engage! worked with the Freeda Network, an invite-only circle of high-caliber creative entrepreneurs, to introduce a new model for small group sessions. Before the event, attendees completed a short questionnaire about their goals, challenges, and what they were most hoping to explore. Using this information, Freeda founder Anja Winikka thoughtfully matched them into intimate, supportive groups designed to spark meaningful, strategic dialogue.

The intention was simple: to create a space where leaders could talk honestly about the realities of their businesses. Not just the outward-facing successes, but the deeper questions – the ones that rarely get asked in large rooms. Across the sessions, groups discussed the evolving role of AI in creative work, the challenge of keeping brands relevant over time, and the shifting expectations of today’s brides. They explored longevity, pricing models, team structure, and the pressure to remain both innovative and grounded.

These are all important topics, but crucially, it was the tone that made these gatherings so special. The circles connected us in a new way. They reminded everyone that leadership is not something you do alone, and that the right conversations, held in the right company, can change the entire trajectory of a business. These sessions became a defining element of the Engage!25 Mallorca experience.

Day Two Highlights

Following on from an optional pilates session, day two unfolded with a sense of ease. It was a morning designed to nourish both mind and spirit. The first part of the program was a panel discussion centered on ‘Redefining Growth: Staying Relevant Without Burning Out’. It brought together another dynamic lineup: Matthew Robbins, Luis Otoya, Sonal J. Shah, Stefanie Cove, and Shannon Leahy. Expertly moderated by Anja Winikka, the panel explored how creative leaders scale their businesses while protecting their artistry, energy, and purpose. The panelists spoke frankly about building teams, maintaining relevance, and the quiet discipline required to sustain excellence. The discussion left attendees with both tactical insight and emotional resonance. It was also a reminder that intentional growth is just as much about what you protect as what you pursue.

From there, the program shifted into a grounding EFT Tapping session with Carys Anderson. It was a welcome reset, helping Engage!-ers learn to regulate stress and return to their work with renewed clarity. A lively Q&A followed with Savannah of Over the Moon and Kunbi of Legally Set, who offered invaluable perspectives from both the editorial and legal sides of the industry.

In the afternoon, attendees moved into mixed-vendor collaborative groups. By bringing together planners, designers, venues, photographers, and more, the engagement deepened, proving once again that when diverse disciplines gather, the learning multiplies.

Day Three Highlights

Our final session in Mallorca centered on reflection, integration, and forward momentum. In the closing Engage! x Freeda circles, attendees gathered once more with their curated groups to look back at what they’d learned and also consider what comes next. Conversations touched on clarity, renewed purpose, and the personal shifts that had emerged over the week.

This final session was about creating a bridge between insight and action. Many attendees left with tangible next steps, new collaborations, and a sense of excitement for the year ahead. It was a gentle but powerful closing to a week defined by connection through brave conversations.

Mallorca has always been a place of renewal, and the Engage!25 Mallorca sessions echoed that history, a reminder that clarity comes when you create space for it. As we look ahead to what’s next, we invite you to revisit the moments that made these sessions unforgettable in our gallery!
